The health crisis has forced companies to rapidly react to the daily challenges they face. The challenge Laboral Kutxa had to tackle was not a simple one: they needed something to be adapted, developed and ready to go in less than 48 hours as the crisis unfolded.

This was necessary to maintain social distancing and respect the health measures that were in place place.
Thus, we developed a microsite where clients can locate their local branches in real time and choose an appointment based on available slots to meet with their personal banker.
A multi-lingual website that is easily managed and instantly updated by the back office team in Laboral Kutxa.

Additionaly, we incorporated Laboral Kutxa’s brand identity and security measures to show their clients that it is a reliable and trustworthy site.
As a result, in less than 48 hours we had the website up and running, including all of the necessary servers and security infrastructure.
